Service and payment

We provide PNG, JPEG and WebP image conversion. Current limits are 20 MB, 25 megapixels and 12,000 pixels per side. One successful conversion uses one credit; failed processing uses none. Credit packs cost USD $5.99 for 5, $9.99 for 10 and $29.99 for 30 credits. Credits do not expire, are tied to your account and do not renew automatically. Real payments remain disabled during testing.

Digital delivery

After confirmed payment, credits are recorded in your account. Conversion results are supplied by download in your browser. Results can be recovered for 15 minutes through the same authenticated conversion request without another deduction. Save downloaded files and keep your originals. A new conversion using different settings uses another credit. There are no physical goods or shipping charges. Contact support if paid credits do not appear or delivery fails.

Limitations and acceptable use

You must have the right to process your files. Do not upload unlawful content, malware or files that infringe others’ rights. Do not attempt to evade credit accounting or access another account. Output colours, transparency, animation and metadata may change; inspect results before use. Availability and support for individual files may vary. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits statutory consumer remedies.

Sanctions and prohibited transactions

The service must not be used for a transaction prohibited by applicable UK sanctions or other sanctions laws applicable to us. We do not provide services where doing so would unlawfully make funds or economic resources available to a designated person, including relevant owned or controlled entities, or breach applicable trade restrictions. Do not use false details or another person to evade these restrictions. We may decline or suspend a transaction where legally required. Refunds remain subject to applicable legal restrictions.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live. First contact support@aiplusvip.com with the issue and order reference so we can seek a resolution. Courts of England and Wales may hear disputes; this does not remove a consumer’s right to bring proceedings in their place of residence where applicable.
