Image processing and storage

Paid image conversion requires login and uploads your image to the website server. Source files are used to convert the requested format and removed after processing. Converted output is stored temporarily to allow recovery of interrupted responses without a second credit charge. Results are accessible only through your authenticated account for 15 minutes. Expired results are removed by scheduled cleanup, which may be delayed when the site has no traffic. Download and keep your results. No AI service is used.

Account and transaction data

We process the account and order information you provide, conversion identifiers, credit changes and technical security information to provide the service, handle requests and protect accounts. Payment providers process payment details when payments are enabled. Hosting providers process information needed to operate the website. Account and order processing relies on performance of a contract or steps you request before a contract; security processing relies on legitimate interests and legally required records on legal obligations.

Retention and cookies

Account, order and credit records are retained as needed to provide the account, reconcile balances, handle disputes and meet legal recordkeeping obligations. WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies for login, account security and cart functions. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent these functions from working.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
