Refund & Cancellation Policy

Testing status

Real purchases are currently disabled. Test credits have no cash value and are not refundable. The rules below apply to actual paid credit packs once checkout opens.

Unused credits and cancellation

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the credits from that purchase has been used. Email support@aiplusvip.com with your order number and account email. If credits have been used, contact us for review of the unused portion and any applicable statutory cancellation rights; using credits does not automatically remove your legal rights. After 14 days, change-of-mind refunds are reviewed individually. Credits do not expire.

Failed service, duplicate charges and delivery problems

Failed conversions should not consume credits. Report an incorrect deduction, duplicate charge, missing paid credits or unusable result with the order reference and conversion details. We will investigate and provide the appropriate credit restoration, repeat service, price reduction or refund where required. Do not send passwords, full card details or sensitive image files by email.

How refunds are handled

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where available. Refunds required under cancellation law will be made within the applicable legal deadline. We aim to issue other approved refunds within 14 days; your payment provider may need additional time to display the funds. Refunded credits are removed from the account. A refund may reduce an account balance below zero if the corresponding credits have already been spent, and further conversion then requires a positive balance. There are no return-shipping charges.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit statutory remedies for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered services. We do not treat acceptance of the general terms as a waiver of statutory cancellation rights.
